1. Preheat oven to 350 F.
2. Add onion soup mix, all purpose flour, sour cream, milk, garlic, and fresh lemon juice to medium mixing bowl. Stir to combine.
3. Place chicken breasts in single layer in casserole dish.
4. Spoon soup mixture over chicken.
5. Cover and bake 20 minutes.
6. Remove cover; sprinkle chicken casserole with bread crumbs and dot with butter.
7. Continue baking, uncovered, 25 minutes.
8. Serve with hot cooked rice.
