All In One Chicken Casserole

Wonderful everyday casserole. Boneless chicken breasts, potato halves, cream of chicken soup, sour cream baked until golden brown, topped with french fried onions.
Ingredients -

4 Boneless, Skinless, Chicken Breast Halves
4 medium Potatoes, peeled and halved
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
1 cup Sour Cream
1 small can French Fried Onions

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat oven to 350 F.

2. Arrange chicken in small baking dish.

3. Place potatoes around chicken.

4. Combine cream of chicken soup with sour cream in small bowl.

5. Pour soup mixture over chicken and potatoes.

6. Bake uncovered 1 hour and 15 minutes.

7. Sprinkle casserole with fried onions and back additional 10 minutes.

Mushrooms
Add your favorite sliced mushrooms as an added treat.

French Fried Onions
Substitute finely diced red onion for the french fried onions, if necessary.
