1. Cook pasta according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, add pork sausage to sauté pan. Brown sausage over low to medium heat. Drain off fat. Remove to paper towels, if necessary.
3. Add ½ spaghetti sauce, garlic salt, oregano, and ricotta cheese to sausage.
4. Add cooked, drained pasta to large casserole dish.
5. Spread reserve spaghetti sauce over top.
6. Garnish with Mozzarella cheese.
7. Bake at 375 F. for 30 minutes. |
