Cooking Tip
Asparagus

Asparagus is often cut up and stir-fried or sautéed. Asparagus is also a popular ingredient for pasta sauces, whether light oil based sauces, or heavy tomato based sauces.

Cooking Tip
Boiling Globe Artichokes

Often lemon slices or lemon juice will be mixed into the boiling water. A heavy plate is placed on top of the artichokes to keep it submerged.
