Potato Broccoli and Ham Casserole

 
Ingredients -
3 cups Ham, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
4 medium Baking Potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4 inch cubes
1 head Fresh Broccoli Florets
1 (5 ounces) package Swiss Cheese, shredded
1 teaspoon Dried Dill
1/4 cup Scallions
1/4 cup Water
1 (10-3/4 ounces) can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 (16 ounces) container Sour Cream
 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.

2. Spray a 13x9x2 inch baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

3. Combine the ham, potatoes, broccoli, Swiss cheese, dill, scallions, w2ater, cream of mushroom soup and sour cream in a large mixing bowl, making sure to mix well.

4. Cover the casserole dish tightly with aluminum foil.

5. Take the foil off the casserole dish the last 15 minutes of cooking time.
