1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Cook the beef in a large skillet until it is no longer pink.
3. Drain off the excess fat.
4. Stir in the olives, mushrooms and tomato sauce.
5. Heat until the center of the casserole is heated through.
6. Transfer the tomato mixture to a 2-quart rectangular baking dish.
7. Sprinkle with the shredded mozzarella cheese.
8. Using your hands, flatten each biscuit.
9. Arrange the biscuits evenly on top of the shredded cheese.
10. Bake for 16 to 18 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown. |
