Casserole Making Tips -
Ground Beef Selection

Any ground beef will perform nicely in this recipe, as the ground beef is browned before being added to the casserole and the excess fat is drained off.

Casserole Making Tips -
Green Bell Pepper

Bell peppers, or sweet peppers come in several colors including red, yellow, orange and green. The green variety is slightly less sweet, and a tad more bitter than other colors. The peppers can vary in taste depending on growing, harvesting, and storage conditions.
