Chicken Casserole with Broccoli

Chopped broccoli, diced broccoli, and shredded cheddar cheese arranged in baking dish. Whole milk, egg, baking mix, seasoned salt, and fresh ground black pepper are combined and poured over the chicken mixture. Casserole is baked until eggs are set and cheese has melted.

Ingredients -

1 cup Jiffy Baking Mix
1-1/2 cups Diced Cooked Chicken
3 Eggs
1 cup Milk
1-1/2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
10-12 ounces Frozen Broccoli, chopped
1/4 teaspoon Seasoned Salt
1/4 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and preheat.

2. Spray a 2 quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.

3. Add the broccoli, chicken and cheese to the dish.

4. In a mixing bowl, combine the milk, eggs, baking mix, salt and pepper and beat well with a hand held mixer.

5. Pour the milk mixture over the top.

6. Bake for 40 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the dish comes out clean.

7. Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
