Chicken Casserole with Broccoli and Cheese

Casserole prepared from chicken breast, cream of mushroom soup, whole milk, Monterey Jack cheese, broccoli, green onion, dried basil and fresh ground black pepper.

Ingredients -

2-1/2 cups Chicken Breast Meat
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1/2 cup Monterey Jack Cheese, shredded
1 (10 ounces) package Frozen Broccoli
1/2 cup Green Onion
1 teaspoon Dried Basil
1/2 teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper

 
Preparation:

1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.

2. Combine the chicken, soup, milk, cheese, broccoli, green onion, basil and pepper in a large bowl.

3. Mix thoroughly and spread the mixture into a lightly greased 13x9-inch baking dish.

4. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes, or until bubbly.
