1-1/4 cup Uncooked Rice 1/2 cup Butter, melted 2-1/2 Chicken Broth 3 Cooked Chicken, chopped 4 ounces Sliced Mushrooms 6 tablespoons Soy Sauce 8 Green Onions, chopped 2/3 cup Slivered Almonds
1. Combine the melted butter and the rice and add to the crock pot.
2. Add the broth, chicken, mushrooms and soy sauce and mix well.
3. Sprinkle the green onions and almonds on top.
4. Cover and cook for 8 to 9 hours on Low.
5. Serve and enjoy.
