Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

Creamed corn, beaten eggs, granulated sugar, all-purpose flour, sea salt, shredded mild cheddar cheese, and chopped broccoli combined in mixing bowl. Mixture is poured into prepared baking dish and baked until eggs have set and top is golden brown. Allow the casserole 5 minutes to rest after removing from oven before serving.

Ingredients -

1 (15 ounces) can Creamed Corn
2 Large Eggs, beaten
2 tablespoons White Sugar
2 tablespoons All-Purpose Flour
1 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 cup Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese
1/2 (10 ounces) package Frozen Chopped Broccoli

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the corn, eggs, sugar, flour, salt, broccoli and cheese and mix well.

3. Spray a 2 quart casserole baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

4. Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

5. Bake for 1 hour.
