1. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and preheat.
2. Slice the potatoes into lengthwise spears.
3. Arrange the slices in the bottom of a 13 x 9 inch casserole baking dish.
4. In a small bowl, whisk together the juice, brown sugar and wine and pour over the potatoes.
5. Bake for 25 minutes, basting every 10.
6. Add the butter to a small saucepan and let melt.
7. Add the garlic, onions, brown sugar, green beans and seasoning and sauté for 2 minutes.
8. Add the remaining 1/2 cup of sherry and sauté until the mixture reaches the desired doneness.
9. Remove the pan from the heat.
10. Remove the potatoes from the dish and toss with the green bean mixture.
11. Serve and enjoy.
