1. Turn the oven to 375 degrees and preheat.
2. Spray a 13x9 casserole baking dish with olive oil cooking spray.
3. Add the oil to a skillet and heat over medium high heat.
4. Add the beef, pepper and garlic salt and cook until the beef is cooked through and the peppers are tender.
5. Drain the excess fat.
6. Remove the dough from the packaging and cut into 1/2 inch wide slices, then into quarters.
7. Combine the salsa and dough in a large bowl and toss well.
8. Add the beef and pepper mixture along with 2 cups of cheese and olives.
9. Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and sprinkle with the remaining cheese.
10. Bake for 35 minutes.
11. Serve sprinkled with scallions.
