1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.
2. Add the ground beef to a large skillet and brown until no longer pink.
3. Drain the excess fat, then add the taco seasoning and refried beans and mix well.
4. In a small bowl, combine the soup and sour cream and mix well.
5. Spread 1/2 of the sour cream mixture into the bottom of a large casserole dish.
6. Rip up 3 tortillas and layer on top of the sour cream.
7. Layer with 1/2 of the meat mixture then sprinkle a layer of shredded cheese.
8. Spoon the salsa over the top and repeat the layers.
9. Bake for 30 minutes, uncovered.
10. Serve and enjoy.
