1. In a medium skillet, brown the hamburger meat.
2. Add the garlic, green pepper and onion and sauté until the onions are translucent.
3. Drain the excess fat.
4. Combine the tomato juice, tomatoes and the browned meat mixture.
5. Stir in the salt, pepper and oregano.
6. Mix well and place in slow cooker and cook low for 4 to 5 hours.
7. Stir in the uncooked pasta and water and continue cooking for 2 to 3 additional hours. |
