Casserole Making Tips -
Slow Cooker
A slow cooker is the same thing as a crock pot. The ceramic pot sits on a heating element and usually has a glass lid. Slow cooking uses low heat over long periods of time to break down foods and cook them thoroughly.

Casserole Making Tips -
Crushed Garlic
Crushing garlic releases more of the sulfurous chemicals than chopping or mincing. The result is garlic with very intense flavor.
