Loaded Mashed Potato Casserole

 

Ingredients -

6 cups Mashed Potatoes
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1 package (8 ounces) Cream Cheese, softened
1 cup Sour Cream
2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
1 teaspoon Minced Garlic
1/4 teaspoon Ground Nutmeg
3/4 cup Shredded Cheddar Cheese
6 Bacon Slices, crispy cooked and crumbled (about 1/2 cup)

 
Preparation:

1. Turn the oven to 350 degrees and preheat.

2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, milk, cream cheese, sour cream, parsley, garlic salt and nutmeg and mix well with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy.

3. Spray a 13 x 9-inch casserole baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.

4. Transfer the potato mixture into the prepared dish.

5. Sprinkle the cheese and bacon on top.

6. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
