1 pound Angel Hair Pasta, uncooked 2 (14-1/2 ounces) cans Tomatoes, diced 2 (15-1/2 ounces) cans Black Beans 2/3 cup Frozen Corn 9 ounces Smoked Sausage, thinly sliced 2-1/4 teaspoons Garlic Salt 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes 2 tablespoons Grated Fresh Monterrey Jack Cheese
1. Combine the pasta, tomatoes, black beans, corn, sausage and garlic salt in a large saucepan.
2. Using the tomato can, add 4-1/2 cans of water to the saucepan and stir well to blend.
3. Bring the mixture to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover and simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Ladle the soup into a serving bowl.
5. Garnish with red pepper flakes and grated Monterrey Jack cheese.
