Crab Casserole

 

Ingredients -

1 pound Crabmeat
2 Large Eggs, separated & beaten
1-1/2 cup White Sauce
2 tablespoons minced Fresh Parsley
1 medium Green or Red Bell Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Tabasco
Coarse Salt, to taste
Fresh Ground Black Pepper

 
Preparation:

1. Remove the stem and seeds from the green pepper and discard.

2. Dice the pepper very small.

3. Separate the egg whites from the egg yolks.

4. Whisk together the egg yolks and the white sauce.

5. Add the remaining ingredients and fold in the egg whites.

6. Transfer the mixture into a casserole baking dish.

7. Bake in 375 degree oven until brown, about 20 minutes.
