1. Turn the oven to broil and preheat.
2. Add the saltine crackers to a small bowl and crush, mixing with the butter until soft.
3. Add the cauliflower to a 13 x 9 inch casserole baking dish.
4. Whisk together the mayonnaise and milk in a small saucepan and bring to a boil.
5. Boil for 1 minute then remove the pan from the heat, add the cheese and stir until melted.
6. Pour the cheese sauce over the top of the cauliflower.
7. Sprinkle the cracker mixture over the top and broil until golden brown.
8. Serve and enjoy.
